By using the services of ArnariFotografie you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before booking or purchasing.
These terms apply to all services provided by ArnariFotografie (Arnold Fieten), based in the Netherlands — including workshops, prints, and all other offered services.
These terms apply to all offers, bookings, agreements, and deliveries made by ArnariFotografie. By placing a booking or using our services, you confirm that you agree to these terms.
ArnariFotografie reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The most current version is always available on this page.
A workshop booking is confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation email from ArnariFotografie. We reserve the right to decline a booking without providing reasons.
Payment must be made within the payment term stated on the invoice — by default within 14 days of the invoice date.
The following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@arnarifotografie.nl. ArnariFotografie reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to insufficient participants or force majeure, in which case a full refund will be issued.
ArnariFotografie makes every effort to deliver workshops with the highest level of skill and care. We reserve the right to adjust the content, order or duration of a workshop if circumstances require it.
All workshop materials, presentations, handouts and other content developed by ArnariFotografie are protected by copyright and remain the property of ArnariFotografie.
ArnariFotografie is not liable for:
In all cases, ArnariFotografie's liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the service in question.
Participants are expected to treat the instructor and fellow participants with respect. ArnariFotografie reserves the right to remove a participant for inappropriate behaviour without issuing a refund.
The following terms apply to purchases made through the ArnariFotografie webshop:
Complaints regarding a workshop or delivered products must be submitted in writing as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after the service or delivery, via info@arnarifotografie.nl.
ArnariFotografie aims to resolve complaints within 10 working days. If a complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily, you may contact the competent court or a recognised dispute resolution body.
Dutch law exclusively governs all agreements between ArnariFotografie and the participant. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, they will be submitted to the competent court in the district where ArnariFotografie is established.
